Comment:

Overexpression of GFP-Cdc42 induces sprouting of numerous filopodia-like structures leading to distinctive “porcupine” phenotype, while the overexpression of constitutively active form of Cdc42 (GFP-Cdc42 V12) induces an increase in the number of neurites per cell.
